When my husband and I met in college and fell in love, we would say to each other, "Wouldn't it be nice to grow old together?" I remember watching an old couple stroll hand in hand at a park one day and thinking how wonderful it was to go through the majority of their years together. Our marriage is now 42 years strong, and we still feel the same. What a gift it is to grow old(er) together! This artwork was inspired by love.
